[FEATURE] Markdown Response Copy

Problem Statement

I have not searched 315 pages and I won't.

I did sign up for Claude Code today to replace GitHub CoPilot. Sadly the chat window in VSCode doesn't block the responses and allow me to copy the response (in markdown) like the other people do. I need this feature badly because I use it.

I hope you all get this included in your product. I'll only be around for the first month subscription I paid for with out it.
