Bug Description
claude started doing stuff i didn't explicitly ask for in the plan. was supposed to calculate some function with a fixed set of parameters but then it started trying to optimize those parameters using other commands i had in the repo (the optimization is part of this codebase, but for this sesh was not what i was looking to achieve)
