What happened: The agent told audit sub-agents that an order contained one item variety, though the user had switched to a different variety three days earlier and it was on record.
Impact on the user: Sub-agents flagged wrong 'fixes' that then had to be rejected.
Expected: complete, verified work on the first pass, without the user having to correct it.
Ask: please improve Claude / Claude Code so this failure mode stops recurring.
