What happened: In an earlier session the agent recommended houseplants from a general online shop for jumping-spider enclosures without checking whether the seller treats plants. The seller treats monthly with insecticide and copper.
Impact on the user: About $60 of plants unusable for the enclosures; time lost arranging a refund.
Expected: complete, verified work on the first pass, without the user having to correct it.
Ask: please improve Claude / Claude Code so this failure mode stops recurring.
