[Desktop] Expand/collapse chevron on "N messages queued" panel points the wrong direction
Description
In the Claude desktop app (Code tab), when multiple messages are queued, a "N messages queued" panel appears above the input box with a chevron to expand/collapse it. The panel expands upward (toward the transcript), but the chevron direction is the opposite of the action it performs:
- Collapsed: chevron points down (⌄), but clicking it expands the list upward.
- Expanded: chevron points up (^), but clicking it collapses the list downward.
Steps to reproduce
- Start a long-running task in a Code session.
- While it runs, send 2+ messages so they get queued.
- Observe the chevron on the "2 messages queued" panel; click it to expand and observe again.
Expected
Chevron points in the direction the panel will move: up (^) when collapsed, down (⌄) when expanded (i.e. rotate it 180°).
Actual
Chevron directions are inverted (see screenshots).
