[BUG] /compact silently deletes all pinned chapters (session table of contents) with no warning

What's Wrong?

/compact silently deletes all pinned chapters (session table of contents) with no warning

Results in loss of user-curated navigation across a long session. The underlying conversation content survives in ~/.claude/projects/<project>/*.jsonl, but the chapter pins themselves are not stored there and appear unrecoverable.

What Should Happen?

/compact preserves pinned chapters, or warns before discarding them (with a way to cancel or undo).

• Over a long session, pin several chapters in the session's table of contents
• Run /compact
• All previously pinned chapters are gone
