What happened
Subject: Local folder approval is not persisted: the "Allow Claude to work in a folder on your device" card appears for every new thread

Problem
Every new thread started on my local device (Remote Control) shows the "Allow Claude to work in a folder on your device" card, even though I have allowed the folder many times.

What I tried

"Set as default folder" on the card.
Setting "Default local folder" in Project settings.
Turning off "Use worktrees in local folders".

Observed
The card still appears for every new thread. The project's folder listing reports the folder as approved: false, while the device row shows preapproved: true.

Expected
After "Set as default folder" (or setting the default local folder), the folder is marked approved and new threads start without the card.
