"Add to project" shows "No matches" even though the project exists

I have a project named "EQ1609_665-B 有訂單需求_ Order from China" visible on claude.ai/cowork/projects. When I open the menu on any chat in "Chats and tasks" and choose "Add to project", the list shows "No matches", even when I search "EQ1609". A newly created project does not appear either.
Already tried: reloading the page, several different chats, creating a new project, and an incognito window with no extensions. Same result each time.
