[GitHub integration] Orphaned org "VibrAI" shows "Reconnection required" and cannot be removed

What were you trying to do?
Get a clean GitHub connection status for cloud sessions.
What happened instead?
Settings > Claude GitHub App lists the org "VibrAI" as "Reconnection required: only an owner of VibrAI on GitHub can connect it". I am not a member of that org: github.com/VibrAI returns 404, and the API shows it with 0 repos. The repo that used to live there was transferred away, so I have no owner account that can reconnect or uninstall it. My personal account (Rhyoss) and the org VibrAi-Group show as Installed.
