[Bug] VS Code extension frozen: chat inbox not rendering, UI unresponsive

Bug Description
the extension is freeezed in vs code , cant start chat it just showing header "untitled" a clock "history icon" and add "new chat icon" but there is no chat inbox appeared. clicking add chat or history icons does nothing.
