[Bug] Agent view mode becomes unresponsive and slow, navigation frozen

Bug Description
Sessions keep becoming unresponsive and very slow in agents view mode. In this freshly started session tasked with a code review, I wasn't able to exit back to the main screen with left arrow for a long time, the UI just appeared frozen, then, after a while it unfreezes System has plenty of RAM and CPU spare, claude itself doesn't seem to be using lots of CPU.
