The procedure includes checking user-facing docs for what a change affects. The model reviewed and fixed many merged changes without checking the README; when asked "ARE YOU VALIDATING DOCS?" it found missing operations in service tables and a docs row claiming a feature was a stub when it was now implemented.

Context: maintainer of an open-source cloud-service emulator; the work is pull-request review and fixes under a written procedure loaded into every session (project instruction file + persistent memory). No personal data, repository names, PR numbers or handles are included.
