[Bug] Right-click paste not working in fullscreen mode on Windows Warp terminal
Bug Description
Title: Right-click paste no longer works in fullscreen mode in Warp on Windows since 2.1.287
Environment
- Claude Code 2.1.288 (also seen on 2.1.287)
- Windows 11 Pro 10.0.26200
- Warp terminal (TERM_PROGRAM=WarpTerminal)
- "tui": "fullscreen" in settings.json
What happens
Right-clicking in the prompt no longer pastes the clipboard. Selecting text
with the mouse still copies it, and Ctrl+V still pastes, so the clipboard
itself works. Right-click paste stopped working after the 2.1.287 update.
Expected
Right-click pastes the clipboard, as it did on 2.1.286.
Likely related change
The 2.1.287 changelog says: "Changed right-click paste on Windows and Linux
... to happen when the button is released; moving the pointer away before
releasing cancels it." Releasing without moving the pointer does not help.
One possibility is that Warp does not report the right button release in
the way Claude Code now expects, so the paste never fires.
Steps to reproduce
1. On Windows, open Claude Code 2.1.287 or later in Warp with "tui": "fullscreen".
2. Copy some text to the clipboard.
3. Right-click in the prompt and release without moving the pointer.
4. Nothing is pasted.
