Bug Description
Windows 네이티브(PowerShell)에서 claude 실행, IntelliJ 락 파일의 workspaceFolders가 /mnt/d/git/ccse로 기록되어 /ide에서 "workspace doesn't match"로 연결 불가 (CLI 2.1.287, runningInWindows: true)
