[Bug] IDE detection fails in JetBrains plugin but works in PowerShell CLI

Bug Description
Claude generally works fine on Windows and within JetBrains. However, when I use /ide to connect to a JetBrains project, the results are inconsistent.

In the ClaudeCode plugin within JetBrains, it fails to detect the IDE and shows:
Select IDE Connect to an IDE for integrated development features.
No available IDEs detected. Please install the plugin and restart your IDE:
https://docs.claude.com/s/claude-code-jetbrains
However, in Windows PowerShell, it works correctly and displays:
Select IDE Connect to an IDE for integrated development features.

I hope the JetBrains plugin can be improved to match the VS Code experience. Thanks for looking into this.
