[Bug] Alt key press opens menu bar and interrupts input on Linux
Bug Description
Bug: pressing and releasing Alt (e.g. when switching keyboard layout) opens the app menu bar in Claude Desktop
Problem:
On Linux I switch the keyboard layout with an Alt-based shortcut (Alt+Tab / Alt+Shift). When I release Alt, the Claude Desktop menu bar opens and takes keyboard focus. It interrupts typing: the next keystrokes go to the menu, and I have to press Esc or click back into the input.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Claude Desktop (Code tab) on Linux.
2. Focus the prompt input.
3. Switch the keyboard layout with a shortcut that includes Alt, then release Alt.
4. The menu bar opens.
Expected:
Switching the layout does not open the menu bar.
Request:
Any of these would fix it:
1. A setting to disable opening the menu bar with the Alt key.
2. Hide the menu bar by default and do not toggle it on a lone Alt press.
Environment: Claude Desktop (Code tab), Linux.
