the slash commande /ide don't work anymore... don't have...

Bug Description
the slash commande /ide don't work anymore... don't have connection with the vs code event with claude code for VS code extention installed. (can't selection code in the files and ask questions on it) Thank you if you can fix ! or maybe is on my side i don't know.
