[FEATURE] Bring back image attachments in "Reply to selection" (desktop app, Code tab)

Problem Statement

I used to be able to select text in claude code responses, click Reply, and attach screenshots / images to that reply. Now Reply only takes text. That makes things slower: I have to describe what I see instead of showing it. Please bring back image / screenshot attachments in Reply.

Proposed Solution

When I select text in a Claude reply and click Reply, the reply box should accept images, the same way the main message box does:

I can paste a screenshot (Cmd+V) straight into the Reply box.
I can drag and drop an image file into it.
There's an attach button (paperclip) in the Reply box.

The image shows up as a small preview above my text, and it gets sent with my reply, tied to the text I selected.

This is how it used to work. Now Reply only takes text, so I have to describe what I'm seeing instead of just showing it.
