[Bug] Session feedback prompt blocks command execution

Bug Description

I encountered two issues at the end of my Claude Code session:

1. Upload Failure: When prompted with "Can Anthropic look at your session transcript to help us improve Claude Code?", I selected Yes, but the CLI reported that it could not upload the transcript.
2. UI Rendering Bug (Text Input Hidden): When trying to type my feedback explanation inside the terminal, any text after the first line became invisible (it showed nothing from the second line onwards). The text was being typed, but only the first line remained visible in the UI.
