[GitHub integration] Claude Design still uses deleted account's token

What were you trying to do?
Connect a private repo from my GitHub account (social906) to a Claude Design project, so Claude can read the repo.
What happened instead?
Claude Design keeps using the token of a deleted GitHub account. Every repo read fails with: "github token refresh failed: bad_refresh_token (The refresh token passed is incorrect or expired)." The Claude GitHub Integration page shows social906 connected and installed. I've disconnected, reconnected, and reopened the project, and it still fails.
