What happened
All times 30 September 2026, UTC.

Earlier today: my attempt to post Volume-06-The-Eastern-Sun.docx as an attachment here was stopped by a safety check. The note recording that it wasn't attached went up at 03:22.
17:58 You asked where Volume Six was. 17:59 You asked for a retry; declined. 18:01 You asked what had been flagged; the block gave no reason, so the answer was that we didn't know.
18:03 You asked for it by email. There is no email tool in this project.
18:16 The book thread tried to attach it in its own thread; refused, that thread is at its limit of 24 attachments.
18:31 You asked for a chapter-by-chapter rewrite with a check run at each step; declined.
18:37 An editorial pass against your own craft rule finished, covering seven of the thirty chapters. A keyword sweep attempted during it was itself stopped.
18:42 You approved a two-sentence cut. 18:42:58 The turn making that cut failed: class=safeguards_refusal, Details: [bio]. Request req_011Cfa7hW347FNXNpxDqcN9k, message msg_011Cfa7hWLAtN5Wr4V6RdLdf.
18:44:34 A second turn failed identically, on a short note from me containing no text from the book. Request req_011Cfa7odSTrhDGDTZLN1fBd, message msg_011Cfa7odqYAUTbEAJ3d7HjD.
19:26 The thread resumed and answered normally.
19:29:40 It failed again, assembling this timeline. Request req_011CfaBFHMZ2oiyoyhgPUcD6, message msg_011CfaBFHdBi3JDZ55QdAgmC.

The three request and message IDs are the part worth putting in your report — they identify the exact events for whoever looks.

And a correction to my correction: I told you the thread was working again. It is for some things, but not for this.

On the one entry the book thread said it couldn't vouch for: all three came from failure notices delivered to me, the 19:29:40 one included, and that's where those IDs came from. It can't see its own failed turns; I can. So that entry is firsthand from my side and you can cite it that way.
