[FEATURE] Desktop Code: let me queue messages while Claude is working, not only steer

When Claude is working and I send a new message in the Code tab, it always steers the current turn. There's no way to queue a request to run after the current task finishes. Often I want to line up the next task without interrupting or redirecting what's already running.

Request: when Claude is busy, let me choose between steer (inject into the current turn) and queue (run as the next turn once the current one finishes), e.g. with a toggle, a separate shortcut, or a send-button menu. A visible, editable list of queued messages would help too.
