The coordinator thread often faces "Session script failed" and fails to boot

What happened
The coordinator thread often faces "Session script failed" and fails to boot after being idle for some time. As a workaround, I change the project's environment to a duplicate one, and then send a "hey" message. It doesn't fix the issue all the time. Sometime I have to send multiple messages, or switch the environment multiple times. Please fix that. It happens for sure when a project is waiting for the session limit reset and simply can't proceed because the coordinator fails to start when the reset happens.
