Can we reload plugins / skills / slash commands within a coordinator thread or need to start new project?

What happened
Can't figure out how to reload plugins / skills / slash commands within a coordinator thread without starting a new project. this possible? Even after adding the plugin in settings menu and toggling to on, and then running reload plugins in the coordinator thread, none of the slash commands are showing up so i dont think the plugin and its skills are loaded...
