[BUG] Monitor timesout after 30 minutes

What's Wrong?

Monitor only runs for 30minutes, this makes it a useless tool for long running horizon jobs causing more LLM usage due to having to rearm every 30.

If you want a default timeout thats fine, but allow us to disable it or set a much longer one

What Should Happen?

No monitor timeout or let us set longer than 30 minutes
