[GitHub integration]
Screenshot
After changing Username in Github, Claude becomes confused and continues to attempt to use the previous username repeatedly despite disconnecting from Github account and attempting to reconnect. Github information SHOULD NOT be cached to the server for reuse in linking.

What were you trying to do?
I linked my Github. I realized that if I publish my work under my old username, it ties my streamers back to me directly. I changed the username. I expected a relink would be necessary. It located the new username, but it claims I need to relink. I relink, it links to the old username again and again and again. I tried dropping the entire connection and reconnecting the account. It still tries to link to the OLD username as though it were cached in Claude's system. It's stuck in Limbo.
What happened instead?
It looped the relink process and kept trying to link to the old username as though cached in the system instead of using the new one even though the new one shows on projects.
