What's Wrong?

Hello,

Claude cowork for days now, has been unresponsive to my chats. I’ve spent hours trying to connect with support because I should have the scheduling feature, but it doesn’t work. The commands to /schedule haven’t been working either.

The Fin AI agent told me to do a data reset app, which cleared all my projects.

If someone could get back to me as soon as possible, that would be great.

What Should Happen?

Claude should have the Schedule task feature and respond to my chats/messages.
