[Bug] Claude Opus 5.5 safety classifier incorrectly blocks benign project skill requests

Bug Description
I'm a paying Claude Code user (account: info@essat.sk). Opus 5.5's safety classifier is repeatedly blocking a completely benign request in my session. ▎ ▎ Request that was blocked: loading a project skill for product-catalog work (PIM / NAV / Shelly product data). No cybersecurity, no exploits, nothing against the AUP. ▎ ▎ Error I got: "Opus 5.5's safeguards flagged this session (anthropic.com/legal/aup)... can sometimes flag non-cybersecurity work." ▎ ▎ The identical request goes through fine on Fable 5.1 and Opus 4.8, so this is a false positive specific to Opus 5.5. ▎ ▎ Please review and whitelist / fix.
