[GitHub integration] Connector authenticated but cannot see private repositories
Screenshot
I connected GitHub to claude.ai (Settings > Connectors > GitHub) so Claude could list my repositories and push code. My account has 8 private repositories and 0 public ones.
What were you trying to do?
I connected GitHub to claude.ai (Settings > Connectors > GitHub) so Claude could list my repositories and push code. My account has 8 private repositories and 0 public ones.
What happened instead?
The connector authenticates as my account (Claude can read my profile), but every repository search and read fails with "The listed users and repositories cannot be searched either because the resources do not exist or you do not have permission to view them." Direct reads of my private repos return 404.
I disconnected and reconnected the connector twice and chose access to all repositories. The result was the same each time. It looks like the connector's authorization is not being granted private repository access.
