[FEATURE] Usage stats should combine all devices on the same account

Problem Statement
I use Claude Code on a Mac and a Windows PC, both signed in to the same account. The usage stats panel (Overview / Models tabs, activity heatmap) only counts sessions saved on the computer I'm using.
On my Mac it shows 52 sessions, 9,508 messages and 16.6M tokens. That session count is exactly the number of session files in ~/.claude/projects on that Mac. Everything I did on the Windows PC is missing, so neither computer shows my real usage.
Proposed Solution
Sync a small summary of each session to the account: date, hour, model, message count and token count. The conversation itself stays on the device. Then every device can show the same combined stats.
A filter next to All / 30d / 7d ("All devices" / "This device") would keep today's view available.
Alternative Solutions
Show the combined stats on claude.ai, next to the plan usage page. Today the only workaround is adding up each computer's numbers by hand.

Use Case Example
I move between my Mac and my Windows PC during the week. Same account, same plan. Whichever computer I open, I'd like the heatmap, active days, peak hour and totals to include everything I did.
