[FEATURE] Always-on personal assistant mode (like Meta Muse / Grok Bot)

Problem Statement

I use Claude Code every day to run a small family business (short videos, e-commerce, customer chats). It is already the best tool I have for doing real work on my computer.

But competitors now ship always-on personal agents (Meta Muse, Grok Bot, and OpenAI's rumored "o"). They keep working after the app is closed, proactively check in, and can handle real-world errands like phone calls. With Claude, I still have to start a session, stay near my computer, and switch to other tools for calls, images and video.

Proposed Solution

An always-on personal assistant mode for Claude:

1. Keeps working in the background after I close the app, and proactively reminds me of things.
2. Can make phone calls and send SMS on my behalf (ask suppliers for quotes, negotiate prices, book appointments), then reports back with a transcript.
3. Can generate images and short videos natively, without driving third-party tools.
4. Always asks for my approval before sensitive actions (payments, sending messages).
5. Available outside the US. I'm based in Southeast Asia, where Muse isn't available.

Alternative Solutions

Today I combine Cowork scheduled tasks, Dispatch, computer use in Claude Code, and third-party tools for images and video. It works, but it is fragmented, and there is no way for Claude to place a phone call or send an SMS for me.

3. It sends me a summary on my phone and waits for my approval before placing any order.
4. Meanwhile it keeps drafting next week's short videos in the background.

Claude is already the best at doing real work on my computer. An always-on assistant with calling would make it my only AI tool.
