▎ Auto mode classifier returns no verdict repeatedly for Chrome MCP tabs_context

▎ - What happened: Every call to mcp__claude-in-chrome__tabs_context_mcp failed with "The server-side auto mode classifier gave no verdict (error)" — 4 consecutive failures across two user turns, blocking all browser work. Same tool worked earlier in the session.
▎ - What the user said: "закрыл лишний акаунт хрома. перезапустил хром полностью. попробуй еще раз" (user assumed Chrome was the cause).
▎ - Repro: Auto mode on; call mcp__claude-in-chrome__tabs_context_mcp with createIfEmpty=true.
▎ - Evidence: Session renamed "freelance research", 2026-09-28.
