Bug Description
False positive report. Safety classifier repeatedly blocks a routine engineering design task in Claude Code: an evaluation task about
choosing a stirring level and recipe settings for a mixing/stirring process, graded by a simulator. No biological, chemical-weapon, or
harmful content is involved. Blocks happened 2026-09-25 to 2026-09-28: subagents stopped while reading the task's simulator files, the
auto-mode check blocked a subagent launch, and main-session replies were withheld. Current session ID:
