[BUG] Cosmetic bug — response is hidden by false "OAuth session expired" error after every message, restored on app reload

What's Wrong?
Reproducible on every message in the session:
Send a message.
The assistant's response renders normally.
Shortly after, it's replaced/hidden by: Failed to authenticate: OAuth session expired and could not be refreshed.
Reloading the app restores the "lost" response — it was never actually gone.
Sending the next message repeats steps 2–4.
This proves the underlying session/auth is fine (data persists and reloads correctly) — the bug is purely in the client's rendering/state after a message completes, likely a false-negative from a background auth/token health-check that incorrectly triggers an error overlay instead of being silently retried.
Checked and ruled out:
Settings → Connectors: no connector shows "Expired"/"Disconnected".
Not tied to any specific tool/connector call — happens on plain messages too.
Environment:
Platform: macOS (Darwin 24.6.0)
Client: Claude Code desktop app
Expected behavior: No error overlay should appear/hide a successfully rendered response when the underlying data and session are intact.
