[BUG] Claude Code v2.1.92 - OAuth token always expired after login

What's Wrong?

Description:
After successful OAuth login (browser shows "You're all set up for Claude Code"), Claude Code still returns 401 authentication error: "OAuth token has expired."
Steps to reproduce:

Run claude
Run /login → browser opens → login successful
Run /start → still gets 401 OAuth error
Token is not saved to ~/.claude/.credentials.json

macOS, Claude Code v2.1.92, Claude Max subscription.

What Should Happen?

i should be able to log in
