[FEATURE] Claude Desktop cloud sessions: show skill descriptions in the slash-command menu, as built-ins already do

Problem Statement
In Claude Code cloud sessions in the Claude Desktop app, the slash-command menu shows a description tooltip beside the highlighted item for built-in commands, but not for user skills. The skills are listed by name only.
Observed 2026-09-27. Typing /clear highlights clear and shows "Start a new session with empty context" beside it. Typing /learn highlights learn and shows nothing, and learn-organize shows nothing when highlighted either.
The same skills show their description: frontmatter in the local CLI and desktop menus, so the skill files are fine. They are user skills from the public plugin repo raineorshine/skills, symlinked into ~/.claude/skills by the environment's setup script.
I've only tested this in Claude Desktop. I haven't checked whether the claude.ai/code web app has the same problem.
Without the description, the menu can't tell apart skills with similar names, like learn and learn-organize. You have to remember what each one does or go look it up.
Proposed Solution
Show each skill's description (or its first line) in the same tooltip that built-in commands use, at least for the highlighted item. This would match the terminal and local desktop behavior.
Alternative Solutions
None on the user side. The descriptions are already in the frontmatter; the cloud session menu just doesn't show them.

Low - Nice to have

Use Case Example
- In Claude Desktop, start a cloud session in an environment whose setup script installs user skills into
~/.claude/skills. - Type
/learn. - The menu lists
learnandlearn-organizewith no description, so it's unclear which to pick without leaving the composer.
Additional Context
Related, but different: #95105 and #82657 are about skills missing from the menu entirely. Here the skills appear and invoke correctly; only the description is missing.
