[Bug] Claude Code enters infinite loop at moderate context length, requires force kill

Question

**Bug Description**
After a moderate context length, claude code goes into a loop.  It shows the status message and it disappears, then it shows it, disappears and loops.  I have to kill -9 it, normal kill signal doesn't work.  At this point my session is "corrupt" trying to continue will trigger the looping behavior again.
