Bug Description
broke tooltip - not followed commit-patterns.md and then after I asked to fix what it broken it still not do it - why? - it shoul apply scientific method to understand what caused this effect (what causeed that thing that made UI broken) what was before something that made it work as expected and what exact changge caused broken state

it's simple
I think use Fable to understand the context
so your next version of model will know how to properly revert it at least (not using git revert to revert everything but actually reverting one by one to understand what change caused broken state)
