Bug Description
everyday I get this error running on my mac tmux sessions - all die with this error, and we are unable to identify the cause, only that sessions start working again either after sometime or after I login to a new session on same system. Can we get some help with this bug please:
This keeps happening and last discussion you were running something on /volumes/biq/ to log and catch this:
UserPromptSubmit operation blocked by hook:
[python3 /Volumes/Apps/claude/hooks/task-notifier.py]: shell-init: error retrieving current
directory: getcwd: cannot access parent directories: Operation not permitted
/opt/homebrew/Cellar/python@3.14/3.14.7/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/3.14/Resources/Pytho
n.app/Contents/MacOS/Python: can't open file '/Volumes/Apps/claude/hooks/task-notifier.py':
[Errno 1] Operation not permitted

Original prompt: delete them, continue with MP-02 rework
