[Bug] Safeguards incorrectly flag legitimate discussion of thinking process

Bug Description
This is a little bit of a ridiculous edge case on the safeguards. I shared my thinking and said the word "thinking", then the safeguards flagged me as trying to extract reasoning traces from Claude. We need to allow basic colleague behavior, including me explaining my own thought process to Claude without getting flagged.
