[Bug] Anthropic API Error: False positive cybersecurity flag on legitimate content-moderation discussion

Resolved 💬 2 comments Opened Jun 11, 2026 by dreamerhyde Closed Jun 15, 2026

Bug Description
False positive on Fable 5 safety classifier (cybersecurity flag).

Context: building an AI content-review pipeline for a hair-transplant
medical blog. The conversation discusses "reward-hacking" prevention in
an LLM reviewer node — i.e. stopping the review AI from gaming its own
quality gates. This is application-level content moderation, not
cybersecurity. Terms like "reward-hack", "anti-gaming gate", "adversarial
verify" appear to have triggered the cyber classifier; medical terms
(follicle, surgery) may have brushed the bio classifier.

Nothing in the session touches offensive security, malware, exploits, or
biology beyond consumer medical content. The switch to Opus 4.8 was
unnecessary. Please tune the classifier — these terms are extremely common
in normal software/content-QA work.
