What were you trying to do?

In a Project, used "Add from GitHub" to add a file from a private repository (owned by a GitHub organization I'm the Owner of, on a non-default branch) to the Project's knowledge. The file picker correctly displayed the full repo tree (several folders and a README.md), and I selected a specific markdown file nested under a dated subfolder and confirmed the selection.
Separately, in Settings > Connectors > GitHub, all three status checks show green: "GitHub account connected", "Claude's GitHub App installed", and "Repository status checked" for this same repo. The GitHub App is installed at the organization level, with "Only select repositories" scoped to exactly this one repo, confirmed directly in GitHub's org settings.

What happened instead?

After confirming the file selection, asking Claude in the Project chat to read the file's title returned: "No tengo acceso directo a tu repositorio de GitHub ni a archivos fuera de los que están explícitamente compartidos conmigo en esta sesión o en mis conexiones configuradas." Claude listed only /mnt/project/ uploaded files and chat-shared files as accessible, and did not recognize the GitHub-sourced file as part of the Project's knowledge at all — despite the picker having shown and accepted the selection moments earlier.
