What happened
Artifact deletion permission prompt never shown in Projects; thread stuck forever

What happened:
A thread session in my project tried to permanently delete an artifact it had published (Artifact tool, "permanently delete the artifact ... (irreversible)"). The session went into a "waiting for approval" state, but no approval button or dialog appeared anywhere: not in the Claude desktop app on Windows, not in the web app at claude.ai, not after re-logging in. The same happened in three different threads.
Replying in the thread with text ("Да, разрешаю" / "yes, I approve") does not resolve it: the thread shows "Claude is booting up" and the pending approval stays unresolved. The thread remains blocked indefinitely.

Steps to reproduce:

1. In a project, let a thread publish an artifact.
2. Ask a thread to delete that artifact.
3. The thread status becomes blocked on a permission prompt.
4. Look for the approval UI in the thread (desktop and web).

Expected:
An approve/deny control for the pending permission, or a clear message that this action cannot be approved from Projects.

Actual:
No control is shown; the thread is stuck and the artifact cannot be deleted.
