[GitHub integration] Repositories not listed after installing Claude GitHub App

Start a Claude Code cloud session. I installed the Claude GitHub App on my personal account with "All repositories" access and created a new private repository with an initial commit.
What were you trying to do?
The GitHub Integration page shows "GitHub account connected" and "Claude GitHub App installed", but "Select repository" in Claude Code shows "No repositories available", even after clicking "Refresh list".
What happened instead?
