[BUG] after installing arckkit when tern=minal windows ppup get this error

What's Wrong?

after installing arckit i began getting this error message when git terminal windows are launched Error: Could not fork child process: There are no available terminals (-1).
after removing it i still get this messages seems mostly cosmetic as claude still works just annoying mostly from what i can tell

What Should Happen?

should not have that error message whenterminals launch

Steps to Reproduce

1. install and configure arckit
2. then run claude when terminals launch they have that error even after uninstalling arckit the error persists
