[BUG] Remote Control sessions not accessible from claude.ai/code without session-specific URL

What's Wrong?

Title: Remote Control sessions not accessible from claude.ai/code without session-specific URL

Summary:
The claude.ai/code landing page and the Code button in claude.ai both redirect to GitHub onboarding with no way to skip. This makes it impossible to navigate to an active Remote Control session from the browser without already having the session-specific URL.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Start a Remote Control session locally via /remote-control or claude remote-control
2. On a separate device or browser tab, navigate to claude.ai/code OR click the Code (</>) button from claude.ai
3. Page redirects to GitHub onboarding with no skip option

Expected Behavior:
Users with an active Remote Control session should see their session(s) listed and be able to connect — without needing GitHub connected or a session-specific URL.

Actual Behavior:
The landing page shows only the GitHub onboarding flow. There is no session list, no "skip" option, and no path to Remote Control sessions from the browser entry points.

Workaround:
Manually bookmark the session-specific URL while in the session. The URL works when accessed directly — the problem is discovery/navigation.

Impact:
Remote Control becomes impractical as a multi-device workflow tool and an annoyance for single device workflows. The session URL is only available from the originating terminal, so if it's lost or the user is on a new device without the bookmark, there is no browser-based recovery path.

What Should Happen?

Users with an active Remote Control session should see their session(s) listed and be able to connect — without needing GitHub connected or a session-specific URL.
