[Feature Request] Make environment settings accessible during active sessions

**Bug Description**
In Claude Code Web, please make the current environment clickable to reveal settings even after a session starts, not just when starting a new session. This would make it much less confusing to edit network access and allowed domains for environments used by existing sessions. This is even more confusing because Organization Settings has Capabilities to define Domains allow lists, which are ignored by Claude Code since the settings are in each environment, but much less disco
