[Feature Request] Improve output formatting with clear separation between CLI commands, tool results, and user-facing content

Bug Description
As detected, command, result, status is mixed and its hard track what is being presented to me as user and whats just terminal command. Also Claude is very bad at follwing instructions. It keeps writting long technical explanation where i specifically told it not to. I told it to make 1 section technical and one section just high level so i actually understand what is being told to me as user. I wish there were a way to seperate tool and commands apart from what is meant for me easily! Also a proper linux desktop app would go a long way. I think its only in beta for .deb .Why not make it a universal image file or even a flatpak so everyone can use?
