What's Wrong?

I was refactoring some older js files
Prompt input
Tasks in C:\code\In\src\Admin.Web\_Todo\Todo_jquery.md files to process are in C:\code\In\src\In\Admin.Web\_Todo\todo_vanilla.md

It started fine but after 6 files I got the following, and the words like MOUSE, CLICK , HUMAN feels pretty unsettling

What Should Happen?

That output was not what was expected. claudecode plugin 2.0.21, vs code 1.105.1

Error Messages/Logs

No errors in AppData\Roaming\Code\logs\20251017T092041\window1\exthost\Anthropic.claude-code
And nothing else about claude, og some of the words in the prompt feedback

Steps to Reproduce

Not sure, and right not, I'm not going to use the plugin before i see a response on this ticket
