What's Wrong?
in any new session, typing "/anthropic", "/memory" (i was looking for memory consolidation skill), all show no results. Other skill load but no anthropic ones.
Type any message, like "hi" or "don't reply". Try again. Anthropic skills then appear.
What Should Happen?
Anthropic skills should be accessible from session start.
